The room is good-sized and nicely furnished with beautiful decor. The hotel's location is stunning and the staff are incredibly attentive. There's Pyramids Cafe around 10-15 minutes walk from the property, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The room was well-designed and with the bathroom downstairs. The hotel had a magnificent and beautiful location to the overcrowded town center.

The property's location was unbeatable, to the activity of the city …. The personnel were very caring and attentive and gave us loads of advice.

The venue was set in the remote position next to the forest, Blue Karma Ubud for 5 nights, and Blue Karma in Seminyak for one night. The delicious and awesome breakfast was included. The staff were very caring and incredibly attentive and knew the area.

Location: the hotel was very close to lush tropical gardens, rainforest and rice fields, surrounding nature and animals, and the center. We had GOODies and coffee at Pyramids Cafe, it was located so close to the venue. The room we had included a safe, a mini fridge bar, coffee and tea making facilities.

The hotel staff was not so good.

Overall very nice hotel, well-designed room. The staff were efficient, excellent. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe. The breakfast was particularly good exactly as I hoped, with pastries, fresh juices, espresso drinks. The location was stunning and lovely, in a very quiet area in Ubud, convenient to go everywhere. A cool bonus was nearby Pyramids Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just outside the main center but still conveniently close. I enjoyed taking a scenic walk through the nearby rice paddies, which led me straight into the bustling markets. The staff here were amazing, providing excellent service and making me feel right at home. The room was the best I've had in Bali, with all the amenities I needed and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also offered a range of facilities, including a spa and fitness center, which I took full advantage of. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location was conveniently situated next to a scenic rice patty walk, which took you straight into the Ubud markets. It was a bit far from the main Ubud centre, but being upon a hilltop provided amazing views. The staff were very helpful and the service throughout our stay was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail such as a bathroom downstairs and a net bed outside in the jungle, allowing us to relax with amazing views. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options.

Everything was just perfect.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful suite called Santai tucked away in the lush jungle. The interior was Zen-like, and the tranquil location was perfect for relaxation. The pool and resort design were fantastic, and the staff were extremely helpful.

Couldn't stay longer.
